Tamil Nadu, the state in the Southern part of India has produced some wonderful classy batters over the years. The state is known for its hot temperatures but it has produced some wonderful batters over the years. They have had wonderful wristy players over the years who have gone on to represent the county and have some amazing international careers.

3. Abhinav Mukund 

The Stylish left-handed batter has scored 300 in an innings for Tamil Nadu in first class cricket. The innings happened against Maharashtra in the 2008-09 first class season. Abhinav has represented India in Test cricket. Then he transitioned into a wonderful role of a commentator in English and Tamil after retiring from the game. Mukund also captained Tamil Nadu on several occasions in his first-class career.

2. Arjan Kripal Singh

Arjan Krial Singh was a right-hand batter and a right arm medium pace bowler who was born in Tamil Nadu. He scored 302 in the 1998-1999 season against Goa. He made his debut with Ranji Trophy in domestic cricket in the 1988/89 season and was vice captain of the tour in 1989-90. He holds a special record with WV Raman when he scored triple hundreds in the same innings for Tamil Nadu.

1. WV Raman 

 WV Raman was a superb left-hand bat for Tamil Nadu in domestic cricket during his time. He also holds a special record with Arjan Kripal Singh for scoring triple centuries in domestic cricket in the same innings. Raman’s highest score is 313 against Goa in the 1988-99 season.
