1. Jasprit Bumrah

2. Umesh Yadav

The 2013 Champions Trophy has played for multiple teams such as Delhi Capitals, Kolkata Knight Riders, and Royal Challengers Bangalore. 3. S Sreesanth

There was a time when he was regarded as one of the most talented pacers with great seam position. Despite having an up and down career, he used to make it back to the Indian team somehow. Talking about his IPL career, he has played for Punjab Kings, Kochi Tuskers Kerala, and Rajasthan Royals

Talking about his no-balls in the league, he has 23 of them, one of them meaning his end of the playing career in India and at the highest level. Apparently, he was accused of spot-fixing which also included bowling a deliberate no-ball.
