3 players who should’ve been part of India’s squad for the T20I series against Bangladesh

Ahead of the upcoming T20I game against Bangladesh, BCCI has released the squad. Suryakumar Yadav is set to lead the young team along with some senior players like Hardik Pandya, Sanju Samson and many more. However, there are some new players like Nitish Kumar Reddy, Jitesh Sharma, Mayank Yadav and Harshit Rana. Mayank has got his maiden call-up from the management while Rana is yet to make his debut for the country. However, some well-deserving players were sidelined by the BCCI.

Check out the three players who should have been a part of the squad:

1. Ruturaj Gaikwad

Ruturaj Gaikwad

Ruturaj Gaikwad is one of the best players in India who can play in all the formats. However, he didn’t get a chance like always as the Board ignored him even after performing extremely well in all the matches. He is also the captain of the Rest of India team in the upcoming Irani Cup 2024. He deserved a place in the squad but didn’t get it due to politics.

2. Ishan Kishan

Another great player of India is Ishan Kishan who has been involved in a lot of controversies. However, he started playing in domestic tournaments and made an ample amount of scores for the selectors to consider him. They still didn’t pick him up in the squad which was quite disappointing.

3. Yuzvendra Chahal

Yuzvendra Chahal

Yuzvendra Chahal is a brilliant bowler in India who has been missing on chances without any reason. The Board has never specified the real reason behind his exclusion from the team but has constantly sidelined him in the process. This time too, he deserved a place in the squad but the Board didn’t pick him up like always.
