Indian cricket poster boy Virat Kohli has to end the season of the popular franchise league Indian Premier League (IPL) with the regret of winning a title from the last 15 editions. The title has become an impossible target for him.

Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) have been knocked out of the IPL after losing to Rajasthan Royals (RR) in the second eliminator match of the ongoing tournament. After that, Kohli is getting stuck on the shore of harsh criticism. In the meantime, the right-handed batsman has expressed his gratitude to the fans for always supporting him.

In a tweet on social media Twitter on Saturday, Kohli said, ” Sometimes you will win, but sometimes you won’t. But one thing I would like to say to the supporters of the team is that you are extraordinary in one word. You were by our side throughout the tournament. The game of cricket has become so beautiful for you. But there is no end to learning. ”

In another post, Kohli said, ”I would like to thank the team management, support staff and everyone who was involved with this tournament. See you next season. ‘

It is as if Kohli has seen the reverse side of the coin in this year’s edition of IPL. He could not play his usual cricket in the entire tournament. Desperate to get back to form, Kohli could not make any contribution during the difficult times for the team. In every season, even if a team with full strength is on the field, the title seems to be unreachable for RCB. The fate of the franchise did not change even though the captain was changed to the field in this year’s event.

The T20 World Cup is ahead. Before the World Cup, the two-star Kohli and Rohit Sharma’s lack of form are making the Indian team management think. Former guru like Ravi Shastri advised Kohli to take a break from playing the entire IPL to return to form. Although Kohli has continued the game. However, he will surely want to forget the IPL of this season.
