Now Babar Azam is in good rhythm. Pakistan captain is in an irresistible form in recent times. He is leading the Pakistan team from the front by releasing a fountain of runs with the bat. His bat also laughed in the recently concluded Netherlands series. Babar scored a hat-trick of half-centuries by scoring fifty runs in all the three-match ODI series.

Babar played an innings of 91 runs off 125 balls in the third and last ODI of the series against the Dutch. Missed the century for only 9 runs. However, on this day, Babar made the world record for the highest number of runs in the first 90 innings in ODIs. He surpassed former South African batsman Hashim Amla to set this record.

Amla was the owner of this world record before Babar. This former Protea scored 4556 runs from the first 90 innings in ODI cricket. It was the highest so far among batsmen across the world. Babar snatched that throne from Amla on Sunday. From the first 90 innings, the Pakistani captain has collected 4664 runs.

Babar’s bat has maintained a fiery form against the Netherlands as well. After scoring 74 runs in the first match, he also scored 57 runs in the second match. Then again 91 runs in the third match. Scored at an average of 74 runs in the series. Babar scored a total of 222 runs at a strike rate of 80.73. His innings of 91 runs is his highest in this series.

Babar’s consistent form is highly praised in cricket world. Many people think that he will win the Asia Cup and the World Cup with his hands. Many netizens congratulated Babar on social media after breaking Amla’s record. But Hashim Amla has not opened up yet.
