Strange corruption in Indian domestic cricket

The players are not getting any benefit even after telling the team manager.

Annual expenditure on food is 2 crore 9 lakh rupees. 58 lakhs for catering, 41 lakhs for bananas, and 28 lakhs for water. But the daily allowance of the players is only 120 rupees. The incident happened in the domestic cricket of India, the Uttarakhand Cricket Association. This information has come up in one of their recent audit reports.

The players are not getting any benefit even after telling the team manager. When the players talk about food, the manager replies, ”Hey, why are you asking the same question over and over again? Bring from Swiggy, Zomato. ”

Cricketers are not getting food even though there is money in the expenditure register. Meanwhile, the money being paid as a daily allowance is less than the salary of a day laborer at present. Such a situation is affecting their game as well. The team lost to Mumbai by a record margin of 725 runs in the Ranji Trophy quarter-finals. The cricketers are also emotionally devastated.

Earlier, the senior cricketers of the team used to be given a daily allowance of Rs 1,500. During the Covid-19 period, it came down to thousands. Later it increased again to two thousand. But on the spot, the Indian media is reporting that the cricketers are not getting even five hundred out of a thousand. Allocated only one hundred rupees.

The richest cricket board in the world is the Indian Cricket Board (BCCI). The country’s state cricket bodies receive large sums of money for the promotion of cricket. Even then, the news of Uttarakhand being deprived due to lack of money has created quite a stir. There is no end to the questions about food bills and salaries.
