Neither as a wicketkeeper nor as a batsman, Uttarakhand cricketer Rishabh Pant has been given the new responsibility. He was made the campaign face of Uttarakhand state. Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami himself announced this.
Although born in Uttarakhand, Pant played cricket for Delhi, a neighboring state of Uttarakhand. At the age of 24, he became the brand ambassador of Uttarakhand. Another feather has been added to his achievements.
Pant then tweeted, “Thank you Pshkardhami ji for giving me this opportunity, it is no doubt a great feeling and also a huge responsibility. My message to all the young folks is that, you can achieve anything you want as long as you believe in yourself and set your mind to it and work hard. ”
Pant was also given the responsibility to lead the Indian team this year. This cricketer led the side against South Africa at home. Pant is also the captain of the Delhi Capitals team in IPL. He is now the first-choice wicket-keeper in the Indian team in all forms of cricket. The responsibility of the state is given to the shoulders of Pant.
