Ramiz Raza opened up about Babar-Rizwan’s opening in the World Cup

This Pak board chief is surprised about the rumors of this pair of Babar-Rizwan. “Babar and Rizwan are one of the best pairs in our cricket history. I am surprised to hear that some people want to separate them,” Ramiz said on a website recently.

Ramiz said people have criticized Pakistan when they have used a different opening pair in the past. In this context, he said, “We used ten pairs in the past. Then people used to say that Pakistan doesn’t have a good opening pair. Now even after getting the best opening pair, many people have problems.”

Pakistan’s best bowling weapon Shaheen Afridi was out of the field for a long time due to a knee injury. Pakistan realized its lack in the last Asia Cup. However, Afridi will be in the World Cup team after recovering from injury. Ramiz confirmed that Shaheen will join the team on October 15.

In this context, Ramiz said, “A knee injury is not like any other injury. A lot of care needs to be taken. Shaheen has recovered from the injury with a lot of planning. After going to Australia to practice, he will also play in two warm-up matches.”
