Naseem Shah admitted to hospital

Naseem Shah

Naseem Shah made his debut in international T20 with a match against India in this year’s Asia Cup. This young pacer has been performing impressively since that match. Pakistan, who was almost losing against Afghanistan, won thanks to his two sixes in a row. He has also got a chance in the team for the upcoming T20 World Cup to be held in Australia. But he got bad news before that.

Naseem had to go to the hospital bed due to physical illness. According to Pakistani media reports, this pacer has been admitted to the hospital mainly due to virus infection. Meanwhile, Babar Azam’s team is currently fighting a seven-match T20 series against England.

Due to illness, Pakistan didn’t get Naseem in the fifth match of the series. This was confirmed by a spokesperson of the team. He said, ”Naseem has been admitted to the hospital due to the deterioration of his health. But the situation is improving now. Whether he can play in the last two matches of the series depends on the medical report.”

Naseem was also rested in the three matches of the series against England. Due to being in the hospital, he will not enter the field even in the fifth match. If Naseem doesn’t become available in the last two matches of the series, it will be a loss for the Pakistan team. Because, in this series, two teams are fighting equally. Naseem can be important there.

Meanwhile, when the news of Naseem’s illness spread, many posted wishing him. Naseem Shah can lead Pakistan’s pace attack in the upcoming T20 World Cup alongside Shaheen Afridi. Many also consider him to be Pakistan’s trump card in the upcoming T20 World Cup.
