Determined England beat dominant Bangladesh in the first two games of three match ODI series and eventually won the series by 2-1. England also became the first team to beat Bangladesh twice on their own den since 2015. Bangladesh avoided white-wash by winning the last game by margin of 50 runs.

It was a complete series for England where many individuals chipped in with runs and wickets at different situations. Adil Rashid has been adjudged player of the series for his magnificient bowling performance

Jason Roy leads the batting chart with 155 runs in three games at an average of 51.66 and he is followed by Bangladeshi all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan with 141 runs at an average of 47 in the second spot. Dawid Malan takes the third spot with 125 runs, averaging 62.50. In the bowling department, Adil Rashid leads the bowling chart with 8 scalps and is followed by Sam Curran, Shakib Al Hasan, Tajul Islam sharing the next spot with six wickets each.
