IPL 2022 – Match 02 (Delhi Capitals vs Mumbai Indians)
Delhi Capitals (DC) have clinched a 4-wicket victory over the 5-time TATA IPL champions Mumbai Indians (MI) at the Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai in the second match of the 15th edition of the IPL on Sunday. After losing the toss, MI went down to bat first and lost 5 wickets in the allotted 20 overs to get a total of 177 runs.
Ishan Kishan, the wicket-keeper batsman for MI, scored the highest score of unbeaten 81 off 48 balls with 11 fours and 2 sixes. In addition, captain Rohit Sharma scored 41 off 32 balls and Tilak Varma made 22 off 15 balls. For DC, Kuldeep Yadav took the maximum number of 3 wickets for 18 runs in 4 overs. Besides, Khaleel Ahmed took the remaining 2 wickets.
Chasing a challenging target of 178 runs, the Capitals lost 6 wickets in 18.2 overs and reached the victory port. Lalit Yadav (48 off 38 balls) and Axar Patel (38 off 17 balls) played two devastating innings for the team with both remaining unbeaten. Besides, opener Prithvi Shaw scored 38 runs. Basil Thampi took 3 wickets, Murugan Ashwin 2 wickets, and Tymal Mills took 1 wicket for MI.
After winning this match, Delhi Capitals is at the top of the points table. On the other hand, Mumbai Indians are at the bottom of the points table after losing.

IPL 2022 – Match 03 (Punjab Kings vs Royal Challengers Bangalore)
Punjab Kings (PBKS) have clinched a five-wicket victory with 6 balls in hand over Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) at the DY Patel Stadium in Mumbai in the second match of the IPL 2022 double-header on Sunday. After losing the toss, RCB batted first and lost only 2 wickets in the allotted 20 overs to collect a big score of 205 runs.
For RCB, captain Faf du Plessis played a devastating inning of 88 runs off 57 balls with 3 fours and 7 sixes. Besides, Virat Kohli (41 off 29 balls) and Dinesh Karthik (32 off 14 balls) remained unbeaten playing two stormy innings. Rahul Chahar and Arshdeep Singh took one wicket each for PBKS.
PBKS reached the brink of victory by losing 5 wickets with one over left to chase the huge target of 206 runs. Bhanuka Rajapaksa and Shikhar Dhawan both scored the highest 43 runs for the team. Captain Mayank Agarwal (32 off 24 balls) and Shahrukh Khan (24* off 20 balls) played two effective innings to play a big role in the team’s victory. In the end, Odean Smith left the field after playing a stormy inning of 25 off 8 balls with 1 four and 3 sixes. Mohammed Siraj took the maximum number of 2 wickets for RCB.
Punjab Kings are in 2nd place on the points table after winning this match. On the other hand, Royal Challengers Bangalore is in the 9th position on the points table after losing.

WI vs ENG (3rd Test – Day 4)
In the third Test of the series against England in Grenada, the hosts West Indies got a small target of 28 runs to get a victory. The Caribbeans reached that modest target in just 4.5 overs without losing a wicket. As a result, besides winning the match by 10 wickets, the hosts also have grabbed the title of the Test series by 1-0.
At the end of the third day of the Test, England collected 103 runs for 8 wickets. The lead was only 10 runs then. The visitors were bowled out for 120 on the fourth day with the remaining two wickets. As a result, the target of victory in front of the West Indies was only 28 runs.
Opener Alex Lees scored the highest 31 runs in the second innings for England. Jonny Bairstow scored 22 runs. Chris Woakes scored 19 runs. The rest of the players could not even build a double-digit score. Kyle Mayers took the maximum number of 5 wickets for the Caribbeans with the ball.
