West Indies Legends secured the semi-final by defeating the England Legends by 5 wickets with the help of Dwayne Smith’s all-around performance in the final match of the group stage in Raipur.
After losing the toss, coming down to bat first, England Legends’ two openers Phil Mustard and Kevin Pietersen batted well and put up 81 runs in 9 overs. Pietersen (38) then returned to the dressing room off Dwayne Smith and Phil Mustard returned scoring 57 off 41 balls. All-rounder Smith sent him off to the pavilion as well. In the end, England Legends collected a big score of 186 runs in a stormy innings of unbeaten 53 runs from 30 balls of Owais Shah. Dwayne Smith (2-31, 4 overs) was the highest wicket-taker for West Indies Legends.
West Indies Legends opener Dwayne Smith made a great start chasing this huge target. His unbeaten 58 off 31 balls with 9 fours and 2 sixes brought the team closer to victory. The West Indies Legends reached the target after losing 5 wickets & thanks to an unbeaten 53 off 37 balls by Narsingh Deonarine. Chris Tremlett and James Tredwell took 2 wickets each for England Legends.
West Indies Legends and India Legends will face each other in the first semi-final match of RSWS T20 tonight.

IND vs ENG (3rd T20)
Jos Buttler’s unbeaten 83 off 52 balls helped England to beat India by 6 wickets in the 3rd T20I in Ahmedabad. After losing the toss, the Indian batsmen fell under pressure from the England bowlers coming down to bat first. At the end of the 6 overs of the power play, they could make 24 runs by losing 3 wickets. Later, the hosts were able to score 156 runs for the loss of 6 wickets by dint of the unbeaten 77-run innings of 46 balls by captain Virat Kohli. Mark Wood (3-31, 4 overs) was the highest wicket-taker for England.
Coming down for chasing the target, the England batsmen started batting aggressively from the very beginning. They lost one wicket at the end of six overs and added 57 runs to the scoreboard. Bairstow and Buttler’s unbroken partnership of 77 runs from 52 balls played a key role in England’s victory. Bairstow remained unbeaten on 40 off 28 balls. On the other hand, Jos Butler led the team to victory scoring 83 runs off 52 balls with 5 fours and 4 sixes.
